Constantinos Manolitsis (1984) is an innovative entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary engineering background focused on emerging technologies. Originally from Lefkas, Greece, he is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Production and Management, holding an Integrated Master of Engineering degree (EQF level 7).
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Constantinos is a Mechanical Engineer of the Technical Chamber of Greece and a Production and Management Engineer of the Technical University of Crete (MEng).
He is enrolled in the National Register of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and he is licensed to execute electrical installations of unlimited power as well as Certificates of Scientific Adequacy from the Technical University of Crete in the fields of Management and Informatics.
He is also a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Energy, Plumbing and Energy Class Inspector of all classes.

As the head of Enerco, Constantinos Manolitsis drives impactful research and development in Energy Management as a certified european energy manager, prioritizing energy-saving solutions and hybrid IoT systems. ENERCO’s flagship project PHAETONS includes a hybrid smart pole integrating M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication, Machine Learning, and renewable/battery energy storage systems (BESS/RES). This innovative system has earned recognition from Greece’s Ministry of Development, which included the hybrid smart pole among its national best practices for industrial development in smart energy systems.
Master Group
He is co-owner and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development and at the Master Group of Companies, a renowned digital transformation enabler, participating in some of Greece’s most emblematic projects, across sectors including Justice, Health, Defence, Education & Employment and many others. Through Master Group, he promotes personal and professional development (upskilling/reskilling) via EdTech, supports businesses in their digital transformation, and consults on EU funding, innovation management, and business process reengineering.
